Customer Account Creation & Maintenance is an internal application for a Fortune 500 Company that streamlines their already existing customer hierarchy creation and maintenance process.

Overview

A Fortune 500 energy/hygienics company was having issues dealing with an excessively large number of invoice disputes with their customers. Over 14,000 of these invoices were the result of actionable causes that take more effort to solve. Some of the reasons include having an incorrect business partner, incorrect price, an issue with the flat fee, etc. By improving their existing system, we can directly lower the number of actionable invoice disputes happening to the company.

Opportunity Statement

High levels of invoices are disputed, leading to the customer, corporate account, and field frustration.
